Dan is the most helpful Real Estate Agent I have ever met. I have sold over ten properties and not one agent has met this criteria. He was clear about the comparable sales of property near me and also was able to work with me to go with a price that was a bit higher than the comparables. He kept me updated at every change even letting me know the probabilities of sales of buyers needing to sell their home before being able to buy mine, and of the comparables around them. I felt in control of my sale even though I was located in a very remote area where even my friends had a difficult time finding me. As a woman alone he protected me by never presenting that in any way to would-be purchasers. His wife and partner was a great ambassador between the buyer and myself and the closing agency. Although we have met Dan in person, he helped us sell our rental property remotely.
